Villa Celia

Villa Celia is located in the chic residential area of 'Los Barros', on a side hill next to Los Llanos and within walking distance of the 'Mirador de Cancelita' viewing platform, which offers stunning views of the 'Caldera de Taburiente' gorge.

The town of Los Llanos is just under 2km from the house and offers a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants, picturesque alleyways and much more. Mou can also walk for about 10-15 minutes, although it's uphill all the way back, be careful!

Around the corner is the popular Balcón de Taburiente lookout.
The long sandy beach of Puerto de Tazacorte is about 8 km away.

Villa Celia has 135sqm of living space with 3 bedrooms for up to six people. But it is also a lovely holiday retreat for two.

The house on a slope is surrounded by several terraces at different heights.

On the top terrace is the pool with a very nicely landscaped area for sunbathing and relax. A special highlight of Villa Celia is the large outdoor kitchen with barbecue as well as a viewing terrace with lounge furniture on the roof of the outdoor kitchen.

Behind the entrance is the open, bright kitchen with a large work surface and good equipment. Adjacent are the dining area and the living room with fireplace. A door here leads to a furnished balcony.

Between the kitchen and living area, a hallway leads to the bedrooms and the two bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a large double bed, the other two have French beds. 

The bedrooms are also equipped with air conditioning and flat-screen TVs. 

The two bathrooms are spacious with level showers and WC.

On the same level as the residential wing, opposite the entrance, there is a beautiful bodega with long table, barbecue and outdoor kitchen.

It is completely covered with lava stone and allows even in less good weather

Behind the house, a tasteful lounge area has been designed with a pool (skin-friendly salt water treatment) sun loungers, fitness equipment, drinks fridge, outdoor pool, etc. 

A rental car is definitely required.
