Casa van de Walle is a well-booked holiday home in the popular coastal region of La Punta, the entry point to the magnificent northwest of the island. Apart from the mild temperatures all year round, holidaymakers love the place precisely because of this location in the middle between the Aridane valley and the hiking areas of the northwest. A highlight: in 5 minutes you can reach the great wholemeal bakery below the little church of La Puntas.
Casa van de Valle is a traditional, detached country house in a beautiful sunny location.
It offers plenty of space and privacy both inside and in the garden. You can feel wonderfully comfortable here as a couple, but also with the family.
The master bedroom has a double bed, air conditioning (split unit: hot/cold), a multi-door wardrobe, a wall-mounted TV with satellite, a dressing table and a window overlooking the pool. In the second bedroom there are 2 single beds that can be put together, along with a smaller wardrobe. The window also faces the pool.
Between the two rooms is the bathroom, with massage shower cubicle, window onto the greenery and WC.
The living room, kitchen and dining area are in the large lounge, which fronts the front door and also has air conditioning, as well as a fireplace. At the head end - overlooking the cypress-lined driveway - is the well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, high level oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, 4-burner Ceran cooker and much more.
At the side window to the front terrace is the modern dining table with space for 6 guests.
Next to it is the living/chill area with two comfortable sofas, large satellite TV, jukeboxes and bookcase.

In addition to the pool, which can also be closed as a swimming pool if desired and also has a pool heater, there are sun loungers and umbrellas as well as various other seating options for relaxing and outdoor dining at your disposal. The house also has a covered terrace with wooden furniture.
