In a good climatic location below Las Manchas in the popular Aridane Valley lies a beautiful holiday finca with 4 houses and a large communal pool as well as a garden and unobstructed sea views. The houses are well separated from each other by lush gardens. One of the houses is the finca Casita:
The Finca Casita ist ein ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus auf einer Finca auf der Westseite von La Palma. Mit einer Höhenlage von nur ca. 360müM liegt es in einer guten Klimazone. Neben dem Häuschen Casita stehen – verteilt auf dem weitläufigen Grundstück und durch Wege, Gartenflächen sowie unterschiedlichen Ebenen voneinander getrennt – drei weitere Ferienhäuser: Finca Hoyo, Casa Madera & Finca Erika.

The spacious, almost 100 square metres of living space includes a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has a furnished terrace.
It is an ideal holiday home for 2-4 guests, i.e. for a couple, a family with 1-2 children or two couples of friends.
Exterior:
Auf der unteren Grundstücksebene befindet sich eine große Poolterrasse mit 12x4m Schwimmpool, Sonnenliegen und Sonnenschirm. Auch von hier genießen Urlauber einen weiten, herrlichen Blick auf’s Meer und die abfallende Küste. Umgeben und ebenfalls für alle Gäste der Finca gemeinschaftlich nutzbar ist er von Rasen- und Gartenfläche.

The holiday home Finca Casita is situated in a very quiet location above the village of Las Norias on the border between Todoque and Las Manchas.
The nearest beach resort, Puerto Naos, is just under 10 minutes away by car. There is a great beach promenade with shops and restaurants as well as bike hire and a diving school.
Just 1 kilometre away is the beautiful beach bay of Charco Verde with a fine sandy beach and a small kiosk offering snacks and cold drinks.
The next larger town, Los Llanos (de Aridane), is approx. 12-14 minutes away by car.
The hiking areas around the Cumbrecita or the Caldera de Taburiente National Park can be reached in approx. 18-22 minutes.
