Finca Grandiosa - Casa Oleander

The quiet, hidden but centrally located holiday resort in the Aridane Valley Finca Grandiosa consists of 3 holiday homes and 1 studio in a lovingly landscaped subtropical garden.

The holiday home Casa Oleander is completely private on the lower level of the finca and has its own entrance from the small, quiet residential street.
Covering approx. 60 square metres, it has a living room with a Canarian wooden ceiling and a separate kitchen, a cosy bedroom with a view of the greenery, a bathroom and a furnished terrace with a view of the small private garden.
There is a large brick barbecue on the terrace for cosy barbecue evenings.
A staircase leads up to the pool area at the side of the small private garden, at the end of which there is another small, furnished terrace from which you can enjoy a very beautiful sweeping view of the sea and the coast.
The marvellous pool belongs to the community area.

Die Finca Grandiosa befindet sich im Herzen des bei Urlaubern & Einheimischen gleichermaßen beliebten Aridanetals, in Tajuya auf der sonnigen Westseite La Palmas. Zum Ortzentrum von El Paso mit Geschäften, Supermärkten, Bars, Restaurants, Banken und Apotheken sind es ca. 4 Minuten mit dem Auto. Nach Los Llanos sind es ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto, zum beliebten Badeort Tazacorte ungefähr 13 Minuten. Die Caldera de Taburiente liegt ca. 10 Autominuten entfernt, das beliebte Refugio El Pilar ca. 20 Autominuten.

The pool terrace, equipped with plenty of comfortable sun loungers, invites all guests of Finca Grandiosa to enjoy the island's warm climate outdoors.
There is a private car park for 3-4 cars in front of the complex. Hire cars.

The holiday home has a bedroom with a double bed and a window overlooking the garden.

Service & Infos:
Bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and are changed weekly
Intermediate cleaning every two days, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
Smoking only in the outdoor area
Pets are normally not allowed, please enquire
Laundry service possible for longer stays.
