Finca Grandiosa - Villa Rosa

The quietly situated holiday complex consists of 3 houses in a lovingly landscaped subtropical garden.

The largest holiday home - Villa Rosa - is located to the side above the pool area. It is approx. 85 square metres in size and has a living room with a Canarian wooden ceiling and a separate kitchen, two bedrooms - one with large patio doors and views of the countryside, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a furnished terrace with views of the sea and the west coast.
The pool area is available for communal use by the guests of the complex.

Location

Finca Grandiosa is located in the heart of the Aridane Valley, which is popular with holidaymakers and locals alike, in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma. The centre of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is about 4 minutes away by car. Los Llanos is about 5 minutes away by car and the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte about 13 minutes. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 10 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

Villa Rosa has a large furnished terrace with great sea and coastal views.
The pool terrace, which is equipped with sun loungers and a barbecue, is available to guests of Finca Grandiosa for communal use. There is a private car park in front of the complex.

The holiday home has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and access to the terrace, the second with 2 single beds.

Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker (4 fields), microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Villa Rosa has a bathroom with shower, bathtub, WC, bidet, hairdryer and 1 guest WC.

Furthermore

The accommodation is not rented for stays of less than 4 days.
Bed linen and tea towels are provided and are changed weekly.
Towels are provided and are changed as required.
Intermediate cleaning every two days except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not permitted.
A high chair and a cot are provided free of charge on prior request.
Arrival and departure: Check in from 2 pm, check out by 10 am.
