Naval Museum

Island Museum

 

The Island Museum, speaks about the architecture at the foundation of the island in the 15th century and is located in Plaza de San Francisco, Santa Cruz de la Palma, in the former Franciscan convent. Walking through its rooms, you can imagine how pirates attacked the islands and its inhabitants successfully defended them. One example is Festival "El día del Corsario", which re-enacts this day.
