Beaches on La Palma

La Palma has both beaches, which are very popular with tourists and residents of the island and offer many services for leisure and relaxation. As it is neither an island of mass tourism nor an actual sun and beach destination, it is distinguished above all by the purity of its waters and its unspoilt landscapes and enchanting corners. It's not like on the continent that you have to get up early to go to the beach to put up your umbrella.

There are beaches in every region of the island, each with its own style.

On the northeast coast of the island there are beaches such as Los Cancajos, La Salemera, Santa Cruz de la Palma, Nogales, Charco Azul, La Fajana and small hidden bathing places.

On the northeast coast there are corners of the type Pirate Bay, practically untouched beaches and natural pools to enjoy the holiday without fighting for a place on the rock.

In the Aridane Valley there are beaches that are very popular with our visitors, such as Puerto Naos beach, Charco Verde, the beach of the port of Tazacorte, beaches for lovers of surfing or boarding and Playa Nueva.
In the south, where there are the largest black volcanic sand beaches on the island, where you can enjoy a day at the sea, like Playa de la Zamora, Playa Echentive and many others.
