Apartment Augustus

The Augustus holiday flat with a large balcony overlooking the sea is located in the Miramar apartment building, directly on the small beach promenade of Puerto Naos, the popular seaside resort on the west coast of the Palmerian coast.

With two bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

You will find parking facilities in two larger car parks approx. 2-4 minutes away on foot. The Spar supermarket has been open to customers again since July 2024, including fresh baked goods!

The promenade in front of the house is lined with small bars and restaurants that cater to a wide variety of tastes and invite their guests to linger and watch the relaxed hustle and bustle on the beach and on the promenade. Directly downstairs in the neighbouring building is a very nice, young café that offers a delicious breakfast. Remark: Attention, as of August 24, most of them have not yet reopened! We will keep you up to date!

Flat Augustus is located on the second floor of a quiet, friendly residential building with a lift and a communal roof terrace where the Palmer@s can hang their clothes to dry in the laundry room.

Until the volcanic eruption in Sept. 2021, after which Puerto Naos was no longer accessible for 2 years until early summer 2024, the Augustus flat was fairly new to the rental market. Due to the "decommissioning" of any use, which has finally come to an end with the current reopening, the new and modern furnishings have been preserved virtually without wear and tear to this day 😉

The comfortably furnished 70 square metre flat has two bedrooms, a modern shower room, a living area with an open-plan kitchen and a spacious balcony. The balcony is connected to the living area by a wide sliding glass door and provides light into the flat. Holidaymakers can also enjoy a view of the Atlantic from inside and the large palm trees on the beach. 
A hammock and two seat cushions next to the dining table offer the opportunity to spend cosy hours on the balcony with the meditative sound of the sea, unless a small beach party at the cocktail bar opposite on the beach is delighting guests and locals alike.

Both bedrooms are equipped with two single beds that can be seamlessly combined to form a double bed. Therefore, the flat is a nice holiday home for one - two couples as well as for a family with one or two kids.
