Our lovely Dragon flat is located in an apartment building in Puerto de Tazacorte, the seaside resort that leads the European statistics for the most hours of sunshine per year. The promenade runs along our long dark sandy beach, where you can walk, cycle or inline skate to the tip of the harbour. Puerto de Tazacorte also offers beautiful sunsets all year round.
A must for all sun worshippers and sea urchins! The long sandy beach of Puerto de Tazcorte is only 50 m away from the house.
Those who are hungry from swimming or sunbathing can safely leave their bathing clothes on the beach and go up to one of the restaurants with light clothes and a wallet in order to strengthen themselves. And also in the evening it has its advantages that it is only a few metres to the beach bar and a good glass of wine.
We have been renting out the Dragon flat to satisfied international guests for years. It is simply furnished, but well equipped and above all very well maintained and therefore enjoys high popularity. We also offer a spectacular price for a beachfront flat.
You have 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds put together and one with a single bed. The windows, which all have blackout curtains, look out to the rear onto the quiet side street, which also leads to the beach.
The bathroom is en suite and well equipped with shower, WC, washbasin, hairdryer, etc.
The living area faces the sea and has an integrated fitted kitchen, dining area and access to the balcony. There is a flat screen TV with German programmes and books in various languages.
