Apartment Miramar

Apartment Miramar is located on the 3rd floor of the building of the same name, directly on the small promenade of the popular holiday resort, with a large balcony facing the sea.

With two bedrooms it can accommodate up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.

The house has an elevator.
You will find parking facilities in two larger car parks within 2-4 minutes walking distance.

On the promenade in front of the house, small bars and restaurants are lined up, serving the most diverse tastes and inviting their guests to linger and watch the relaxed hustle and bustle on the beach and on the promenade. Directly in the neighbouring house there is a very nice, young café downstairs, which offers a delicious breakfast.

The apartment is on the third floor, with an elevator.
It has only recently been rented out and is accordingly fresh and modernly furnished and comfortably equipped. The landlord is young and with all his heart.

The living area of approx. 60 sqm is divided into two bedrooms, a bathroom, the kitchen and living area and the balcony, which is connected to the living room by a wide panoramic glass sliding door.
This makes the apartment bright and friendly and also gives the view to the sea and the big palm trees on the beach inside.

The living area has two sofas and a large flat screen TV with satellite reception. It opens up into the kitchen, newly built in 2020, which offers everything you need in a holiday kitchen. A bar with stools, where you can have breakfast or a quick coffee in between, separates both areas. The large dining table with four chairs is located on the balcony.

The hallway at the head of the room leads to the other rooms, in the front the bathroom, which is equipped with a shower/bathtub and washing machine.

Next to it is the master bedroom with a French bed (1.40×2.00m), chest of drawers and wardrobe. The window opens into the so-called patio (typical Canarian patio).

In the second bedroom there is a wide single bed (1.00×2.00m), which has a rollaway bed in the lower part for pulling out.
Therefore it is either comfortable for one adult or for two children. The wardrobe and chest of drawers complete the room; the window also faces the patio.

The Miramar apartment also has a good wireless internet connection and a safe.
