Renovated in 2018, Apartment La Fuente is a spacious city apartment in a quiet 4-apartment house in Los LLanos, the secret island capital on the west side of La Palma.

It covers the entire second floor. Its two surrounding cosy terraces give a wide view over the roofs and terraces of the city, but also to the mountain range of the Caldera lying to the side.

The car-free, pretty pedestrian zone of the shopping alley down to the plaza starts only a few meters in front of the house entrance.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 infant (up to 2 yrs).

A rental car is persé not necessary, but if you have one, you will certainly always find a parking space on the street in front of the house, at least from 19h.

Apartment La Fuente offers its guests a spacious, light-flooded and modern furnished holiday accommodation on 80 sqm living space in a small-town atmosphere and at a very good price/performance ratio.

The apartment was rented in 2018 and was renovated and refurbished for this purpose. The emphasis was on coziness, comfort and friendly colors.

It has a spacious open plan living, cooking and dining area as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom.

Since the two terraces together run L-shaped around the house, they are accessible from all rooms (except the bathroom). The fact that it is not one terrace but two directly adjoining ones is due to the fact that two apartments were once combined here.

The bedroom windows have both blackout blinds and curtains and face the quiet side towards the south/south west.

In the living area 3 large terrace sliding doors provide a lot of light and a pleasant living ambience and the adjoining kitchen is perfectly equipped except for a dishwasher.

The house has stairs, no elevator, but the floors are not overly high.
