The 6 holiday apartments in the Dracaena Apartment House are located in Puerto de Tazacorte, the seaside resort that leads the European statistics of the places with the most hours of sunshine per year. Along the eternally long dark sandy beach is the promenade, an asphalted path on which you can walk, cycle or inline skate to the top of the harbour.
A must for all sun worshippers and sea urchins! At 50m from the house is the long sandy beach of Puerto de Tazcorte.
Those who are hungry from swimming or sunbathing can safely leave their bathing clothes on the beach and go up to one of the restaurants with light clothes and a wallet in order to strengthen themselves. And also in the evening it has its advantages that it is only a few metres to the beach bar and a good glass of wine.
Apartments Dracaena have been lovingly rented out to international guests for many years. Except for the Superior 3a, they are simply furnished, but well equipped and above all very well maintained and therefore enjoy great popularity and many regular guests. They are equally divided and similarly furnished.
Guests have 2 bedrooms at their disposal, one with two single beds and one with a single bed. Their windows, all of which have a second blackout curtain, face back onto the quiet pedestrian street that also leads to the beach.
The shower baths are enclosed. Not too small, not too big, just comfortable and sufficient.
In each case in lateral sea situation the living area with integrated fitted kitchen, dining place as well as access to the balcony. There is a flat screen with German programs and books in different languages. A larger selection can be found in the "library" at the reception.

Please note: There is a lift, but 4 steps beforehand. There are parking spaces close to the house, but a maximum of 500 metres away when the small but extremely popular seaside resort on La Palma's sunny west coast is busy in summer.
A rental car is not absolutely necessary. Please ask us for the bus and taxi conditions.
