Casa El Topo

The holiday home "Casa El Topo" is optimally equipped for 2 people with one bedroom.
However, a child up to 12 or 18 years of age can sleep on a sofa bed (ask us!).
The outside area of the house is lovingly maintained by the owners.

The pine forests around El Fayal start nearby and are ideal for relaxing hikes directly from the house.

There are various well-signposted hiking trails that lead northwards or to the Roque de los Muchachos. This area is perfect for hikers looking for peace and quiet and for nature lovers.

The house was renovated in 2019 and refurnished in a beautiful country house style with a modern kitchen. The outdoor area, including a covered barbecue area, has also been freshly laid out and designed.

The spacious terrace with wonderful sea and coastal views to the west leads around the house, with the mountains stretching out behind it.

Indoor area/rooms:
In the bright living area, guests will find a beautiful wood-burning stove for cosy hours in the evening, a comfortable dining area and the transition to the well-equipped kitchen. A small 2nd living room with a cosy sloping roof houses a sofa for reading, working, but also for sleeping, as it can be converted into a bed measuring 1.40 m wide and 2 m long.

The master bedroom has a cosy double bed, a large wardrobe and the only TV in the house. 

The pretty bathroom has a shower/WC and washbasin. The washing machine is located in an extra room outside.

location:
The centre of Puntagorda is about 1,2 km away and offers besides 3 supermarkets
2 well-stocked organic shops, 1 café with homemade cakes, several restaurants and a really good pizzeria with the fitting name "Smile". Here you can enjoy a delicious pizza in the evening on site or take it home with you.

There is also a pharmacy.

Not forgetting the Mercadillo of Puntagorda, where on Saturdays and Sundays you can enjoy the local produce and visit the craft market, which is famous beyond the town.

The sea swimming pools of Puntagorda can be reached in approx. 15 minutes by car. You can start your hikes in the beautiful north-west of the island directly from the front door.
