Casa Emilia is a traditional, detached country house in a beautiful panoramic location in La Punta, which has been in the family for over 100 years.
It has been extensively renovated in recent years without losing its authentic rustic charm.

Interior design / premises:
Casa Emilia offers its guests a living room with dining area, a well-equipped fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a nice shower-bathroom on approx. 65 sqm living space.

In the entrance area, a kind of conservatory in typical Palmerian design and with a view of nature provides optimal light and warmth. At the same time, it serves as a corridor connecting all the rooms.

bedrooms:
The larger of the two bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, a small TV and air conditioning.
In the second bedroom there is a single bed, a bookshelf and a small music system.
In the living room there is also a pull-out sofa, which offers an additional sleeping area of 140x200cm.

Kitchen:
The kitchenette is equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sandwich maker and juicer.

In addition to an outdoor kitchen with a large grill, ceramic hobs and a sink, guests have access to a cosy bodega located in a cave, which is refreshing in summer.

From the community pool (size: 6 x 3.50m, 1.20-1.50m depth) you can enjoy a marvellous Panoramic view The pool area is surrounded by a natural stone terrace and furnished with sun loungers and garden furniture.
