Casa Huli

Casa Huli is located in the heart of Puntagorda, quiet but within walking distance of the town's shops. Here you can expect peace and quiet and private relaxation surrounded by greenery. The terraces and the garden of the Casa Huli holiday home allow you to enjoy a particularly beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding coastline.

The house itself is not huge at 65 square metres, but the rooms are very well arranged and also have those high Canarian wooden gabled ceilings, so that you can feel comfortable as a couple, but also as a threesome or foursome. Casa Huli also has plenty of large & well-designed outdoor living areas, covered or open, with a sofa under the modern pergola, lounge chairs on the viewing platform by the pool or the covered dining area at the side of the house with barbecue and outdoor kitchen - so unless the weather is uncomfortable, you can spend a lot of time outside. 

Inside, the main room is divided into a living area with a sofa and fireplace as well as books and a TV, a dining area with a dining table for 4 people and a well-equipped kitchen at the head end, which has retained its Canarian charm. A corridor then leads to the two bedrooms, one with a large double bed (!) + sea view and the other with a single bed and pull-out bed (watch out!) and also a desk, with a shower room in between.

The weekly market "Mercadillo", which is located next to the gigantic Izcagua Gorge, is a real crowd-puller. People come from all over to visit and buy fresh fruit and vegetables from the region, freshly baked goods and famous cakes as well as great handicrafts. Sometimes there is music and dancing and it is always a nice get-together that invites you to do more than just shop. If you're feeling daring, you can take the cable car over the gorge at the Mirador Puntagorda, which is located next to the market hall. And in a few months (as of May 2024), the fantastic panoramic restaurant with a suspended terrace "above the gorge" should finally be open for gourmet lovers.

The centre of Puntagorda is about 750 m away and offers 3 supermarkets, 2 well-stocked organic shops, 1 café with homemade cakes, several restaurants and a really good pizzeria with the fitting name "Smile". Here you can enjoy a delicious pizza in the evening on site or take it home with you. There is also a pharmacy and a petrol station (Repsol).
