Casa Juliana is a wonderful holiday home with a holiday home with 3 bedrooms and a very large garden plot on several levels, on which there is a beautiful pool terrace with an 8×4 metre pool, which is privately available for bathing and swimming fun, as well as a water lily pond with goldfish. Furthermore, there is everything from a barbecue area to fruit trees to make your holiday varied and relaxing. The best thing is certainly the marvellous sunsets over the Atlantic.
Casa Juliana is located in El Jesús, in the scenic north-west, between La Punta and the small town of Tijarafe, in a beautiful secluded location on a spacious plot. Here you can expect peace and quiet and private relaxation surrounded by greenery, with a variety of different seating and dining areas, some covered and some in the sun. You can also enjoy unforgettable sea and coastal views from most places in and around the house, especially on the north-west coast thanks to the lack of banana plantations. The house is suitable for a couple or a family with 2-3 children.
You will live on approx. 100 square metres, which are divided over two floors. On the lower floor there is a new, modern fitted kitchen together with a cosy living/dining area as well as 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom and the single bedroom and the bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor is the bedroom with two single beds and access to the roof terrace.
Just in case, the sofa in the living area is also a sofa bed (140×200 cm).
Location:
El Jesús is characterised by unspoilt nature and offers many excursion and hiking destinations. Many hiking trails run close to the house, above or below it and can take you up to the Roque de los Muchachos, but also to the beach of Tazacorte. Further up the road, about 1 km, is the new mosaic mirador in honour of the local artist Luis Morreira, the Mirador del Universo. Heading towards Tijarafe and then down to the sea, you will find the famous 'Poris de Candelaria' pirate cove, which is well worth a visit. Tjarafe also has good shopping facilities, from a supermarket to a well-stocked organic food shop, as well as restaurants, a pharmacy, an ATM and a medical centre. There is also a new museum - an absolute must for lovers of contemporary art!
The market in Puntagorda, the famous and popular "Mercadillo", and the long sandy beach of Puerto de Tazacorte in the other direction are both about 20 minutes' drive away; Los Llanos, the island's secretly beautiful capital, is about half an hour's drive away.
Directly below Casa Juliana (visual axis) is the Cerveceria Isla Verde, a very nice restaurant with a small terrace surrounded by greenery, including a sea view. Booking is essential.
