Terrazas al Mar is a private retreat of absolute relaxation on a garden plot of about 8600sqm with direct cliffside location. In addition to its lovely flats with high-speed fibre-optic internet, it offers a 10m-long heated pool, massage pavilions, a subtropical garden and a tennis court.
La Punta, especially the coastal area where the privately run retreat is located at only approx. 300müM, is situated in an excellent climate zone that generally brings pleasant temperatures all year round and allows you to spend much of your holiday time outdoors. Various secluded seating and sunbathing areas in shady and sunny zones of the garden invite you to do so.

Terrazas al Mar offers you 4 well separated flats over one or two floors, each with its own terrace, bedroom with separate or integrated living area, kitchen and 1-2 bathrooms.
In addition, there is the administration office in the main building, which also serves as reception 2 days a week.
