The holiday home is tastefully and cosily furnished for 2 - 4 guests on approx. 158 m² of living space and offers both comfortable furnishings and the conveniences of modern technology.

The generosity of the holiday retreat unfolds in the well-tended outdoor area, whose terraced, subtropically planted garden with secluded paths and playful seating areas invites you to spend a varied time outdoors. You can choose between relaxing hours on the cosily furnished terraces with fantastic 180° sea views, enjoying wellness moments for two or four in the pool filled with solar-heated thermal water, exploring the stream, which connects the various terraces and flows into a picturesque water lily pond and, as if that wasn't already very special, a 12 metre long water feature modelled on the Arabian garden in the Alhambra in Granada delights the eye for an hour every morning and evening.

A lot of time and money has been invested in the Casa Alpalma holiday home to create a special oasis for the senses, which culminates in the interplay of the beguiling scent of flowers, birdsong, magical sunsets over the Atlantic and the harmony of 12 softly rushing water fountains, while you as a guest sit on the warm, Moroccan tiles of the water basin and enjoy a glass of your favourite drink with your favourite person(s).

Casa Alpalma offers the ideal conditions for an undisturbed holiday in a romantic setting thanks to its peaceful, secluded location on the more than 5,000 square metres of fenced property.
The 500 metres of altitude - still below the centre of Puntagorda - already belong to the climatically favoured coastal region, although you have to expect cloudy periods in the "winter months" here too, otherwise the landscape would not be so lush green in large parts. There is a wood-burning stove and split appliances to ensure that the house remains cosy whatever the weather and temperature.

Puntagorda - pearl of the north-west:

In just a few minutes by car, you can be in the centre of the small town of Palmeria, which offers traditional architecture and local serenity, as well as various opportunities for relaxation and distraction.
There are several restaurants and supermarkets, including organic food shops, the odd shop to browse, bakers and bars, as well as historic alleyways to stroll and photograph.

It gets really colourful and lively every weekend when the "Mercadillo Puntagorda" market takes place on Saturdays and Sundays, offering local fruit and vegetables, fresh baked goods and local handicrafts. Here everyone can find a nice and sustainable holiday souvenir, away from the mass tourist souvenir business.
Since autumn 2021, the recreation area with its shady pines and glass-bottomed viewing platforms has also been located directly next to the market site.
There is also a new visitor attraction - "the Zip Line Puntagorda" - which invites the brave to 'plunge' over the great Izcagua gorge hooked on a rope.

Another nearby place of Palmerian lifestyle - at least in the summer months - are the seawater swimming pools of the "port" of Puntagorda (Puerto de Puntagorda).
Due to the path connection not running directly, it lies 7km away below the villa.
You should plan for a 13-minute drive and a short descent on foot from the car park, but it is definitely worth it.
Here you can sunbathe next to the locals on the rocks and the children practice somersaulting into the blue waves of the Atlantic, some as young as 2,3 years old. On fuller summer days, you should plan for a certain noise level, but the joie de vivre you will encounter here is definitely contagious.
