The location between the two popular small towns of El Paso and Los Llanos in the Aridane Valley makes it attractive for people who like to live in a rural setting but want to be well connected to a bakery, restaurants, shopping and nightlife (bars), for example. Both to the one and to the other you need about 5 minutes by rental car.

The property is situated in a quiet, wind-protected hillside location at only about 460 metres above sea level with a very pleasant climate. In the surrounding area there are avocado fields and scattered family homes.

The holiday home Casa La Cabaña has atmosphere in every respect!

Both the outdoor area, consisting of an old-grown backdrop of trees and ornamental shrubs, beautifully designed grounds with natural stone steps and lovely seating and sunbathing areas, and the very individually designed indoor area, which extends over two floors, have an inviting, peaceful and tasteful feel.

In addition to the design, guests also want for nothing in terms of amenities.
From the wood-burning stove in the living room to the dishwasher in the enormously spacious designer kitchen, to comfortable beds and large, bright bathrooms, Casa La Cabaña has everything you could want for a relaxed, well-organised holiday on the island.

Moreover, the holiday home is very well connected to the natural and other sights of La Palma, although it is somewhat hidden. The street is a narrow service road, at the end of which is the large property. There are no direct neighbours.

The asphalted driveway to the higher situated house is a little steep, but at the latest after the first time you get the hang of it.
