The location:
Situated between the two popular small towns of El Paso and Los Llanos in the Aridane Valley, it is attractive for people who like to live in the countryside but want to be well connected to a bakery, restaurants, shopping facilities and nightlife (bars), for example. Both to the one and to the other you need about 5 minutes by car.

The property is situated in a quiet, wind-protected hillside location at an altitude of just 450 metres with a very pleasant climate. In the surrounding area there are plots of land dedicated to avocado cultivation and scattered detached houses.

Both the outdoor area with its beautifully designed pool area and colourful flowering shrubs as well as various seating and sunbathing areas, and the very individually designed indoor area, which extends over one level, are inviting, peaceful and tasteful.

In addition to the design, guests will also find hardly anything lacking in terms of amenities.
From the wood-burning stove in the living room to the beautifully furnished bedrooms and bathrooms offering sleeping comfort to the extra room inside with washing machine, Casa La Oliva actually offers everything you could wish for for a relaxed, well-organised holiday on the island.

Moreover, the holiday home is very well connected to the natural and other sights of La Palma, although it is somewhat hidden. The street is a narrow service road, with the house at the end on the right and the private car park straight ahead.
