Casa Tunera

With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a large winter garden, it is very comfortable for up to four people and a small child.
It is particularly practical as a holiday home if you are going on holiday with a couple of friends or with a family with two older children, as the two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are separate.

In the small town of Los Llanos you are in 5 minutes by car, at the beach of Tazacorte in about 10-12 minutes and in the hiking area of the Caldera de Taburiente in about 8 minutes.

There are two parking spaces directly in front of the house.

The Casa Tunera has a living space of 128 square meters, so offers a generous amount of space.
Apart from the solid construction, which contributes to good air conditioning in all seasons, the high-quality furniture with solid real wood furniture, which was specially shipped from Germany, is also striking. The underfloor heating is also special.

Contrary to what is usual in the Canarian Islands, each area has its separate room, so that the guests have a total of 4 rooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchen at their disposal.
In addition, there is the terraced hillside garden with two further large dining areas, inviting you to have breakfast in the sun or to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening atmosphere of the sunset over the Atlantic Ocean.

Most of the outside area is not visible, because the neighbouring houses are further away or hidden.

For many guests, the winter garden is their favourite place to stay in the house. It is located in the entrance area of the house and offers a beautiful view into the garden through its long glass front. At the huge wooden table you can eat, of course, but you can also plan your next hiking tour, read and, if you have to during your holidays, work here. A good internet connection is available.

The kitchen is also located with the window to the south & view into the greenery and is fully equipped including dishwasher. It is a particularly beautifully designed place where cooking becomes a pleasure.

With windows to the north and views of the Benjenado mountain range, the living room has plank flooring and large leather sofas. Highlight here is the high tiled stove made of fir green tiles. Together with the Canarian wooden ceiling and the muntin windows it gives the room a special touch.

A 3-step staircase leads to one of the two bedrooms with patio doors to the garden and breakfast terrace. It has a very large double bed of 2.00×2.00m and a large wardrobe and a door to the bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine. Quality beds are a matter of course - as in the second bedroom.

The other bedroom can be entered either directly from the winter garden or from the second bathroom with shower (entrance at ground level, as it flows down to the bottom and is open). Here guests sleep in a 1.80m double bed with a window facing west to the sea. A safe is built into the wardrobe with several doors.

In the garden, directly behind the house, there is a brick barbecue for cosy barbecue evenings and further up there is a summer house with sunbeds and parasols etc. It is not locked. The sunbeds and cushions can be found in the winter garden at the beginning of the holiday.
