The holiday home Cerca Verde stands together with three other holiday homes on an 8,000 square metre plot on the quiet rural outskirts of Las Manchas.

location:
In the centre of the village, which belongs to the municipality of Los Llanos, there are two bars (including "El Americano" with delicious home cooking), a small pharmacy and a health centre.
One day the petrol station might open again, because then there will be fresh bread rolls just around the corner! In neighbouring Jedey (towards the south/Fuencaliente), the corner shop "Viveres Lala" has survived the trials and tribulations of recent years.
The popular restaurant "Bodegon de Tamanca", the artfully mosaic-covered "Plaza de la Glorieta" by the Palmerian artist Luis Morrera and the volcano visitor centres "Caños de Fuego" and "Cueva de las Palomas" are also located in the immediate vicinity of the Cerca Verde holiday home.

The nearest town is Los Llanos de Aridane, our secret island capital.
At around 15-20 minutes' drive from the house, you will find everything from culture to commerce that a small Canarian town and the seat of La Palma's most populous municipality has to offer. Go for a stroll, visit a gallery or the museum and don't miss a detour to the town's beautiful but somewhat hidden park!

The nearest beach is the palm-fringed sandy beach of Puerto Naos, which, along with its small promenade and two beach bars, can be reached in around 8-10 minutes by car. The popular Charco Verde bay is another 2 kilometres away and the delicious fish restaurants right by the sea in El Remo are another 1 kilometre away.

Exterior:
In front of the Cerca Verde holiday home is the well-furnished private terrace, where guests can also dine well, especially as the partial canopy offers protection from the sun and weather. There are also sun loungers and parasols in the private garden area.
The sun deck with large swimming pool (10x5m, chlorine-based water), outdoor shower and sun loungers is located on a lower level and is available to all guests staying at the complex at the same time. There is a car park right next to the house.

bedrooms:
The house has three bedrooms. One with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and en-suite bathroom, the other two with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and a bathroom in between.

Living area:
The spacious living room with Canarian wooden gable roof is equipped with cosy seating, entertainment electronics, books, games and a reading corner. Patio doors lead out onto the west/sea-facing terrace, which is cosily furnished & partially covered.

Kitchen:
The kitchen equipment also leaves nothing to be desired and makes your holiday easier with a dishwasher and washing machine, among other things. A door next to the kitchenette leads to the terrace at the rear of the house, where the barbecue is waiting to be used.
