This small holiday resort, which is located just a few metres from the beach, has been appreciated by many loyal guests for years.

Alongside the Bernhard and Herbert flats, Victor is one of the flats that have been renovated and are more modern than the other 5 accommodations on the finca. They each offer space for up to two people. Each flat has its own conservatory, a private terrace with sun loungers, dining table and comfortable chairs and a marvellous view of the sea.
A short walk leads directly to the sandy Charco Verde beach, which is just 200 metres away.

The nearby fishing village of El Remo offers the opportunity to enjoy fresh fish in three traditional kiosks. Puerto Naos, with its gastronomic facilities and beautiful sandy beach, has also been filling up with holidaymakers again since October 2024.
For larger purchases, the nearest supermarkets are in Los Llanos, Villa de Tazacorte and El Paso. The recently upgraded road link between La Laguna and Las Norias is now dual carriageway and tarmac, as is the coastal road to Tazacorte, which has been optimally upgraded.

To the finca:

The charming apartment complex is located on a cliff with a marvellous view over Charco Verde Bay and the open sea. The single-storey bungalow flats are surrounded by a spacious, lovingly tended tropical garden.

All accommodation shares the inviting swimming pool, which is surrounded by a beautiful sunbathing lawn with sea views.

A footpath leads in a few minutes to the sandy beach, which is about 200 metres away. The Charco Verde beach is therefore practically directly accessible from the garden.

A small kiosk on the beach invites you to relax with a coffee or snack.

The surrounding mountains protect the area from strong trade winds, meaning that the weather here is often pleasantly mild even in winter.
