Finca Alexa - Bungalow 1

The quietly situated holiday complex consists of 9 houses on several levels in a lovingly landscaped subtropical garden. In total, the finca covers almost 11,000 square metres!

The Bungalow Alexa 1 is located on a higher level of the property and therefore offers a marvellous panoramic view from its terrace over the Aridane Valley and far across the Atlantic.
The holiday home is approx. 40 m² in size and has a living room with a Canarian wooden ceiling and a separate kitchen, a bedroom with large patio doors and a view of the greenery, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a furnished terrace with a view of the garden and the pool.
The pool area is available for communal use by the guests of the complex.

Location
Finca Alexa is located in the heart of the Aridane Valley, which is popular with holidaymakers and locals alike, in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma. The centre of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is approx. 4 minutes away by car. Los Llanos is about 5 minutes away by car and the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte about 13 minutes. The Caldera de Taburiente is approx. 10 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar approx. 20 minutes by car.

Bungalow 1 has a furnished terrace with a brick barbecue. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and is available to guests of Finca Alexa for communal use. There is a reception and private parking spaces on the holiday complex.

The accommodation is not rented for stays of less than 3 days.
Bed linen and tea towels are provided and are changed weekly.
Towels are provided and are changed as required.
Intermediate cleaning (included in the price) every two days except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not permitted.
A high chair and a cot are provided free of charge on prior request.
Arrival and departure: Check in from 2 pm, check out until 10 am or by prior arrangement
The landlords are very friendly and experienced and are always available on site to answer any questions or requests you may have.
