Finca Casita

The Finca Casita is a quietly situated holiday home on a finca on the west side of La Palma. With an altitude of only approx. 360 metres above sea level, it is located in a good climate zone. In addition to the Casita cottage, there are three other holiday homes spread over the extensive grounds and separated from each other by paths, garden areas and different levels: Finca Hoyo, Casa Madera & Finca Erika.

Interior design / premises:
The spacious, almost 100 square metres of living space includes a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. It also has a furnished terrace.
It is an ideal holiday home for 2-4 guests, i.e. for a couple, a family with 1-2 children or two couples of friends.

Exterior:
On the lower level of the property there is a large pool terrace with a 12 x 4 metre swimming pool, sun loungers and parasol. From here, holidaymakers can also enjoy a wide, wonderful view of the sea and the sloping coastline. It is surrounded by lawn and garden areas and can also be used by all guests of the finca.

location:
The holiday home Finca Casita is situated in a very quiet location above the village of Las Norias on the border between Todoque and Las Manchas.
The nearest beach resort, Puerto Naos, is just under 10 minutes away by car. There is a great beach promenade with shops and restaurants as well as bike hire and a diving school.
Just 1 kilometre away is the beautiful beach bay of Charco Verde with a fine sandy beach and a small kiosk offering snacks and cold drinks.
The next larger town, Los Llanos (de Aridane), is approx. 12-14 minutes away by car.

The hiking areas around the Cumbrecita or the Caldera de Taburiente National Park can be reached in approx. 18-22 minutes.
