Das Apartment A der Finca Palmera liegt zusammen mit einem zweiten Ferienapartment, dem Apartment B, welches Sie ebenfalls bei uns buchen können, auf einer großen Gartenfinca im oberen Teil La Lagunas, also im Herzen des Aridanetals zwischen Los Llanos, Todoque und El Paso.

It is comfortably furnished with high quality furniture and offers a terrace with wonderful views over the west coast to the Atlantic Ocean.

Apartment A accommodates up to 2 adults and an infant.

If you are two couples who want to spend their holidays together, the adjacent apartments Palmera are the ideal holiday accommodation for them.

The guests find the lovingly laid out garden, which extends over several terraces on the approx. 6000 sqm large hillside property, particularly beautiful.

Finca own parking spaces are available.

Under one roof, but sufficiently separated from each other, they are located on the upper terrace of a beautifully landscaped property, which not only houses various relaxation areas, but also a variety of flora, including fruit trees, whose fruits guests can help themselves to as they please.

In the secret island capital Los Llanos you are in 7 minutes by car and at the beaches of Tazacorte and Puerto Naos in approx. 10-12 minutes.
A popular restaurant, Il Giardino, is 2 minutes away just above the pretty residential area around Cruz Chica.

Apartment Palmera A is the rear apartment on the property line, which is lined with tall eucalyptus trees.
The terrace is a bit smaller than the one in Apt. B, but it offers more privacy.
The entrance door is also the patio door and leads into the large main room with living area, kitchen and dining area. Furthermore, there is a bedroom and the bathroom.

All rooms are furnished with high quality and timeless furniture in country style, which was specially shipped in from Germany.

As the guests are usually self-catering, the fitted kitchen is accordingly well equipped. Except for a dishwasher, it offers everything you need.
The sofa in the living room can also be used as a sofa bed. Besides a flatscreen with satellite TV, there are plenty of books, but also a small HiFi system with radio and CD.
The dining area offers a beautiful wooden table and four chairs and is located in a cozy alcove off the bedroom and bathroom.

In the bedroom, guests will find a comfortable double bed (1.60 x 2.00m) with very good mattresses and a large wardrobe, in which even an expansive holiday wardrobe can fit comfortably. The window looks out onto the greenery with a view of the eucalyptus trees.

Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, large washstand with mirror, toilet, electric wall heating and window.

The holiday home has wireless internet, an air conditioning split unit for cooling or heating, and a safe.
