The Palmera B flat lies together with the Flat Palmera Awhich you can also book with us, on a large private finca in the heart of the Aridane Valley between El Paso, Los Llanos and Las Manchas.

Guests particularly enjoy the lovingly landscaped garden, which extends over several terraces and is decorated with numerous native plants - interspersed with small seating areas.

In the secret capital of the island, Los Llanos, you are in 7 minutes by car and at the beaches of Tazacorte and Puerto Naos in about 10-12 minutes. A popular restaurant, the Café Giardino, is located 2 minutes away just above the pretty residential area around the Cruz Chica.

Flat Palmera B is the flat at the front as you walk up the finca path. It is surrounded by raised beds, which are mainly bordered with endemic plants such as aloe vera, cacti and oleander.

There is a private terrace in front of the house. It not only invites guests to linger and sunbathe on the sun lounger or enjoy a cup of coffee in the open air - the covered part with its solid wooden table and cosy bench also offers a sheltered place for main meals or as a workplace.

Indoor area / premises:
The entrance door is also the terrace door and leads into the living area with integrated kitchen and dining area. Furthermore there is a bedroom and the bathroom. All rooms are furnished with high quality and timeless furniture in country house style, which was specially embarked from Germany.

In summer 2024, the house was extensively renovated and equipped with a new sofa, fabrics, etc.

The flat Finca Palmera B has wireless internet, a split unit / air conditioning for cooling or heating, a washing machine in a separate annex, a safe in the bedroom and a private car park.
