Das Apartment B der Finca Palmera liegt zusammen mit einem zweiten Ferienapartment, dem Apartment A, welches Sie ebenfalls bei uns buchen können, auf einer großen privaten Finca im oberen Teil La Lagunas, also im Herzen des Aridanetals zwischen El Paso, Los Llanos und Las Manchas.

In the secret capital of the island, Los Llanos, you are in 7 minutes by car and at the beaches of Tazacorte and Puerto Naos in about 10-12 minutes. A popular restaurant, the Café Giardino, is located 2 minutes away just above the pretty residential area around the Cruz Chica.

Apartment Palmera B is the front apartment when you walk up the Finca Trail. It is lined by raised beds with mainly native plants like aloe etc.

The garden terrace in front of the house is pleasantly large and offers both sunny and shady seating and sunbathing areas as well as a grill.

The entrance door is also the terrace door and leads into the living area with integrated kitchen and dining area. Furthermore there is a bedroom and the bathroom. All rooms are furnished with high quality and timeless furniture in country house style, which was specially embarked from Germany.

Since the guests are usually self-catering, the fitted kitchen is accordingly well equipped. Except for a dishwasher, it offers everything you need for the holiday kitchen.

In the living room there are two sofas as well as a window to the rear garden. In addition to a flat screen with satellite TV there are plenty of books, but also a small hi-fi system with radio and CD player.

The dining area - consisting of a wooden table and 2 chairs - is under the window with a view into the side cactus garden.

In the bedroom, guests will find a comfortable double bed (1.60×2.00 m) with very good mattresses as well as a large wardrobe, which can also comfortably accommodate a large holiday wardrobe. The local window faces west and shows the covered terrace area, but also a strip of Atlantic Ocean.

Finally, the bathroom is equipped with a shower, large washstand with mirror, toilet, electric wall heating and window.

The holiday apartment has wireless internet, a split air conditioning unit for cooling or heating and a safe.
