Finca Puro Atlantico - Yael

Yael lies together with or next to Yonit on the west side facing the sea, with only the gently sloping garden in front of her. Via the finca courtyard, you descend a few steps to the side to reach the front terrace of the flat. Behind the entrance door is the elongated, well-equipped kitchen.
At the head end, this merges into the dining area and opens on the left to the cosy living room with large couch, books and TV. The front side facing the sea is almost completely glazed through the large patio doors.
Bathroom and bedroom are located with the windows facing east. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower and washbasin as well as a WC, the bedroom with a double bed and good mattresses for a healthy night's sleep for its guests who are used to comfort.
From mid-October, the accommodation will have air conditioning - a so-called split unit that can be used to cool in summer and heat in "winter".

Exterior:

In front of the house is a very secluded, inviting terrace with dining table, sun loungers, large parasol and chill-out sofa. The pool area is located to the side of Yael and Yoné facing south and also has a lovely furnished sun terrace, sheltered from the wind and with panoramic glass and a beautiful sea view.

The finca is in a generally quiet location, at the end of a small residential area with scattered detached houses with gardens. The location is characterised by a very good climate and is therefore very popular with holidaymakers.

Surroundings:

Down to the sea, about 1km away, the popular and now also reopened restaurant/grill Las Norias invites its spoilt guests to delicious meals in a beautiful ambience. The nearest beach is the sandy beach of Charco Verde, which is about 10 minutes away by car. A little further on is the small fishing village of El Remo, with its quirky architecture, good fish restaurants and a lovely sea breeze in your nose.

The newly built lava road leads to the other side of the Aridane valley with its towns of Tazacorte, Los Llanos and El Paso. At the moment it is still a single-lane road and therefore travels at a moderate speed, which requires some patience with a journey time of about 15 minutes. But you can look at the cooled lava masses to the left and right of the road, which is truly a sight not to be seen too often. It now takes about 30 minutes to get to Tazacorte and Los llanos and about 40 minutes to El Paso and the Caldera de Taburiente National Park.

Southeast above the finca are Las Manchas and Las Manchas de Abajo, about 1.5 km away. Here you will find several places of interest, for example the 'Plaza La Glorieta', designed by the famous Palmerian artist Luis Morrera. A pretty round square, the floor of which is adorned with his fantastic mosaic art.
Above the plaza is the wine museum and a corner shop with fresh fruit and vegetables as well as bread/rolls and a small selection of groceries (milk, wine, water). There is also a restaurant a few metres from the plaza: El Secadero, which is known for fresh meat specialities and otherwise offers rustic Canarian cuisine. If you drive up the Secadero, you will come to the Canos del Fuego Volcano Visitor Centre, which offers guided tours of the lava caves, among other things. 

You can start hiking directly from the finca. You can get to the sea as well as to the mountains via various paths/hiking trails.
