Finca Puro Atlantico - Yonit

YoniteThe bungalow, which was completely renovated and modernised in 2021, is located together with Yael on the west side of the finca with its terraces directly facing the sea. You can also use the two accommodations Zamar and Lavanwhich are located at a sufficient distance to the side or behind Yonit and Yael!
Via the finca courtyard, you descend a few steps to the side to reach the front entrance terrace of the house.
Entering the house, you head straight into the well-equipped kitchen, which into the dining area and opens on the right to the cosy living room with large sofa, books and TV.
The front side facing the sea is almost completely glazed through the large patio doors.
The bedroom also has a window facing the sea and offers a beautiful view of the terrace across the sloping garden to the Atlantic Ocean. The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower, washbasin and WC, while the bedroom has good mattresses in the double bed for a relaxing and restful night's sleep. From the beginning of October 2023, the accommodation will have air conditioning, a so-called split unit, with which you can cool in summer and heat in "winter" if necessary.

Exterior:
In front of the house is a very cosy, inviting terrace with dining table, sun loungers, large parasol and chill-out sofa. The pool area is to the side, but a little above (elevated) next to Yonit and Yael facing south and also has a wonderful furnished sun terrace with wind protection and panoramic glazing as well as a wonderful sea view.

The finca is in a wonderfully quiet location in the popular village of Las Norias, at the end of a small residential area with scattered detached houses with gardens. The location is characterised by a consistently good climate and is therefore very popular with holidaymakers.

Surroundings:
The nearest beaches are the south-facing sandy beaches of Puerto Naos and Charco Verde, around 10 minutes away by car. A little further on is the small fishing village of El Remo, which also satisfies gourmets with its quirky architecture, wonderful sea breeze and good fish restaurants.

The newly built lava road leads to the other side of the Aridane Valley with its small towns of Tazacorte, Los Llanos and El Paso. It takes around 15 minutes to drive to Tazacorte and Los Llanos and around 20-25 minutes to El Paso and the Caldera de Taburiente National Park.

To the south-east above the finca, Las Manchas and Las Manchas de Abajo are around 1.5 km away. There are several places of interest here, for example the 'Plaza de la Glorieta', designed by the famous Palmerian artist Luis Morrera. A pretty round square, the floor of which is adorned with his fantastic mosaic art.
The wine museum is located above the plaza. There is also a restaurant just a few metres from the square: El Secadero, which is known for its fresh meat specialities and otherwise offers rustic Canarian cuisine. If you drive up the Secadero, you will come to the Canos del Fuego volcano visitor centre, which offers guided tours of the lava caves, among other things. 

You can start hiking directly from the finca. You can get to the sea as well as to the mountains via various paths/hiking trails.
