Terrazas al Mar is a private retreat of absolute relaxation on an approximately 5000 sqm garden plot in direct cliff location. In addition to its beautiful flats with fast fibre optic internet, it offers a 10m long pool, massage pavilions, a tropical garden, a tennis court and a total of 1000 sqm of terraces and paths. In addition, there is a fantastic wide view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Aridane Valley.
La Punta, especially the coastal area where the privately run retreat is located at only approx. 300müM, is situated in an excellent climate zone that generally brings pleasant temperatures all year round and allows you to spend much of your holiday time outdoors. Various secluded seating and sunbathing areas in shady and sunny zones of the garden invite you to do so.

Terrazas al Mar offers you 5 well separated flats over one or two floors, each with its own terrace, bedroom with separate or integrated living area, a kitchen and 1-2 bathrooms.
Furthermore, in the heart of the finca is our spacious main house with a salon/dining room, an open fireplace and an additional cosy TV area as well as a small library. The salon is adjoined by the very well-equipped kitchen.
In addition, there is the administration office in the main building, which also serves as reception 3 days a week.
