The holiday home Casa Julia 1 extends over two floors and impresses with a spacious terrace of around 30 m², which offers a magnificent sea view and unforgettable sunsets as well as fascinating evening skies.
The open, light-flooded living area and the idyllic outdoor area - with a 12-metre-long communal pool and gently surrounding lawn - create a harmonious interplay of space and nature.

The real magic of this place, however, unfolds through the stately avocado trees that frame the property. With their expansive, shady crowns, they invite you to linger under their green canopy - whether in a cosy hammock or on one of the comfortable garden loungers, while time seems to stand still.

The house can accommodate up to six people and has three fully equipped double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Ideal for families or small groups, with the option of welcoming one or two small children or babies.

Equipment / interior:
The holiday home is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and individual holiday - including a dishwasher. The furnishings are deliberately kept simple and functional, but offer everything you need for your stay. In 2023, the lower bedrooms were painted in a lighter, modern colour and now shine in new splendour. New, comfortable sofas were also added for extra comfort.

Thanks to the attractive price, the holiday home is an ideal destination, especially for one or more families of friends. Children who are a little older can sleep with plenty of privacy in the two bedrooms on the ground floor (at pool level), where they even have their own bathroom with shower.

The property is also fenced in. It offers plenty of sheltered space to play, swim and run around and there is no road in the immediate vicinity, so there is no danger for younger children either, meaning mum and dad can relax even if they don't keep an eye on the kids every minute.
The road leading to the finca is a residential road.

Great location!
The location is particularly pleasant, as the charming town centre of La Laguna is within easy walking distance. Nearby you will not only find the picturesque church, but also the cosy café La Palmeritawhich is known for its vegetarian breakfast and inviting garden terrace. There is also a small bar and a popular chicken roastery, which also offers take-away dishes.

For your daily needs, you can reach a supermarket in just 7 minutes by car. There is also an organic food shop nearby as well as a late-night shop for further shopping.

The picturesque beach of Tazacorte is only 3 km away and can be reached in a few minutes by car. The lively town of Los Llanos with its numerous shops, restaurants and sights is also just a short drive away.

The surrounding area offers ideal conditions for hiking enthusiasts: the hiking areas around the Cumbrecita and the impressive Caldera de Taburiente can be reached in around 10 to 15 minutes - perfect excursion destinations for nature lovers.
