Casa Julia 2 forms together with Casa Julia 1The house, which you can also book with us, is a very large, relaxing holiday home on a quiet, sunny finca on the west coast of La Palma. The pleasantly tucked away garden property is located at an altitude of only 270m in the lower area of La Laguna, between smaller orchards. Besides the swimming pool, guests love the huge sea view terrace on the 1st floor.
The holiday home Julia 2 is on two floors and impresses with its spacious living area as well as the beautiful outdoor area with 12m long communal pool and surrounding lawn.
The special atmosphere of this holiday home, however, comes from the avocado trees standing at the edges of the property, which are so tall and wide-crowned that one can wonderfully relax under their shady canopy in the hammock or on the garden lounger.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people plus 1-3 infants up to 2 years old.
It is well equipped with a dishwasher, smart TV with German channels and internet, among other things, and offers everything you need for an individual holiday, but the furnishings are kept quite simple.
This is then reflected in the moderate price, which in turn makes it the ideal holiday destination for one or even several families of friends: the children, if they are already a little older, can sleep downstairs in the two bedrooms and have their own bathroom.
In addition, the property is fenced. It offers plenty of sheltered space to play, swim and romp and there is no road in the immediate vicinity. The road leading to the finca is a service road.
Great location
It is also great that you can reach the small village of La Laguna on foot. Here, next to the church, there is a nice breakfast café "La Palmerita" (vegetarian) with a cozy garden terrace, a bar, a pizza bakery, a chicken roastery, which also has other food to go, a pharmacy and a gas station. There is also a padel court and a yoga room within a two minute walk. A supermarket can be reached in 5 minutes by car, as well as a good health food store and a late-night grocery store.
The beach of Tazacorte (only 3km!!) and the town of Los Llanos are just a few minutes away by car. The hiking areas around the Cumbrecita or the Caldera de Taburiente can be reached in approx. 10-15 minutes.
A parking lot is available; a rental car is recommended and can be booked on request through us or the owner.
