Finca Grandiosa - Casa Frangipani

The quietly situated holiday complex consists of 3 houses in a lovingly landscaped subtropical garden.

The Casa Frangipani bungalow is the one that stands alone at the head of the finca (and pool). It is approx. 60 square metres in size and has a living room with a Canarian wooden ceiling and a separate kitchen, a bedroom with large patio doors and a view of the greenery, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a furnished terrace with a view of the garden and the pool.
The pool area is available for communal use by the guests of the complex.

location:
Finca Grandiosa is located in the heart of the Aridane Valley, which is popular with holidaymakers and locals alike, in Tajuya on the sunny west side of La Palma. The centre of El Paso with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, banks and pharmacies is about 4 minutes away by car. Los Llanos is about 5 minutes away by car and the popular seaside resort of Tazacorte about 13 minutes. The Caldera de Taburiente is about 10 minutes away by car, the popular Refugio El Pilar about 20 minutes by car.

Casa Frangipani has a furnished terrace with a brick barbecue. The pool terrace is equipped with sun loungers and is available to the guests of Finca Grandiosa for communal use. There is a private parking space in front of the complex.

bedrooms:
The bungalow has a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), bedside tables, bedside lamps and wardrobe and access to the terrace.

Living space:
Living room with Canarian wooden ceiling, sofa, two armchairs, sofa table, flat screen with German and satellite TV and dining table with four chairs.

Kitchen:
Very well equipped kitchen with ceramic cooker (4 fields), microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Bathroom:
The bungalow has a bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and hairdryer as well as a guest toilet.

Furthermore:
Bed linen and tea towels are provided and are changed weekly.
Towels are provided and are changed as required.
Intermediate cleaning every two days except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Smoking in the accommodation and pets are not permitted. 
With flying change: Check in from 2 pm and check out by 10 am.
